HOMEMADE FLUFFY FRESH CONFECTIONS

 

Stacey Horn began baking professionally when a friend opened an organic food store in Berlin. Brownies and cheesecakes were her first creations, soon followed by an experiment with making homemade marshmallows. Fascinated by the transformation of sugar into wunderfully fluffy and fresh confections, and blown away by how good fresh marshmallows tasted compared to their industrial counterparts, she began making marshmallows in flavors like chocolate and vanilla raspberry puree.

Got Dessert was born.

Now she sells marshmallows along with her other baked goods at the local market in Berlin's Friedrichshain neighborhood.
